Thomas Neveu-Lacroix was born circa 1663 in Vessey, Avranches, Manche, France. Son of Jean and Jacqueline Louiche, he married Antoinette Legrand, daughter of Jean and Nicole Pion, on June 20, 1693 in Contrecoeur. No children were born form this union. Widow in 1701, he married Jeanne Thouin, daughter of Roch and Denise Colin on april 21, 1703 in Repentigny. From this union where born 6 children. He was in New France before 1688 and he was a soldier in the compagnie du sieur de St-Ours. He settled in Boucherville as a farmer. Circa 1700, he owned a 90 acres land in St-Sulpice. The date of his death is unknown. We only know that it occured before January 6, 1740.
