Pearl Emma Dubois (nee Nabis)September 9, 1922 – September 21, 2014We have lost a great matriarch and teacher. Predeceased by mother Jemima (McKay) and father Roger Nabis; husband Louis; daughters: Charlene and Carol, Enola and son Garth and Terry; sisters: Rose, Alice and Norah; brothers George and Joe. She leaves to honour her: Wayne (Norma Jean), Lorraine Bunnie, Derald, Brenda, Rowena (Jesse), Ray (Michele) and Mark (Nora); special sisters: Flora Brooks, Rose Dubois, Beatrice Wesaquate and Isabelle Pratt; daughter in laws: Margaret Gordon and Laurie Ann Dubois. She raised many children and grandchildren: Daryn and Tina Bunnie, Germaine Langan, Lonny and Fia Dubois, "Pip", and many more, too numerous to mention. She leaves five generations of family and the little ones will remember her as "old cocum". In Celebration of our Mother we invite you to join us at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at Kaniswapit Education Centre Gym, Muscowpetung First Nation and Service at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2014 with Elder Harry Francis officiating with meal to follow.
