LATHAM Sister Angele Therese Forest (nee Marie-Jacqueline Patricia), 83, of Our Lady of Hope Residence in Latham, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 24, 2006 at her residence. Born in Montreal, Province of Quebec, Canada on April 4, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Ulric and Rose deLima Boucher Forest. She professed her first vows as a Little Sister of the Poor on June 17, 1942 and her final profession on November 21, 1946. She had served the elderly at Our Lady of Hope Residence since 1976. Survivors include her sister, Claire Forest Calamai of Montreal, Province of Quebec, Canada; several nieces and nephews; and her religious family, Little Sisters of the Poor. She was predeceased by five brothers and five sisters. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 28 at Our Lady of Hope Chapel, 1 Jeanne Jugan Lane, Latham. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at Our Lady of Hope Residence on Thursday from 2-7 p.m. with a Rosary at 3:30 p.m. Interment will take place in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Road, Latham.
