ROCHESTER ; Robert N. Nadeau, 56, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, Feb. 22, 2008, at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, following a brief illness. Born Dec. 6, 1951, in Biddeford, Maine, he was the son of the late Paul and Annette (Nolette) Nadeau. Mr. Nadeau served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He received his master's degree from Springfield College in Springfield, Mass. He worked as a college counselor for several years. Bob was a member of Grace Community Church in Rochester, the Adaptive Skiing Program at Gunstock, and the AA Big Book Step Study Program. He enjoyed photography, music, skiing, hiking and enjoying time with his family. Members of his family include his devoted wife, Patricia (Donnelly) Nadeau, of Rochester, N.H.; his children, Matthew and Jessica Nadeau, both of Newmarket, N.H., and Nicholas and Christopher Nadeau, both of Rochester; his sister, Joyce Nadeau, of Portland, Maine; and a special aunt, Dolly Nolette, of Winslow, Maine.Family and friends may call Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2008, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the R.M. Edgerly and Son Funeral Home, 86 S. Main St., Rochester.
