BALLSTON SPA Robert A. Nadeau, 65, of Galway Road, Ballston Spa died Monday, June 9, 2003 at his home. Born in Cohoes, March 22, 1938, he was the son of Alfred and Ida Nadeau. He served in the US Army and was a welder and member of Local 693 of Montpelier, Vt. He enjoyed his horse and farm work. Survivors include his wife, Marion Nadeau; four sons, Robert Nadeau Jr. of Troy, James Nadeau of Mechanicville, Edward Nadeau of Saratoga Springs and Michael Nadeau of Ballston Spa; his mother, Ida Nadeau of Malta; two sisters, Jeanne McElligott of Troy and Irene Belanger of Colonie; two brothers, Marcel Nadeau of Mechanicville and Richard Nadeau of Troy; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Corpus Christi Church, Route 9, Ushers where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial with full military honors will follow at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery. Calling hours will precede the service on Thursday from 9-10:30 a.m. at Armer Funeral Home, Inc., 39 East High Street, Ballston Spa.
