DEIGHTON, Mrs. Mary Louise - A resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Thursday, November 22nd, 2007 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, “Sydenham Campus“, in Wallaceburg, at the age of 96 years. Louise was born in Rhode Island and was a daughter of the late Joseph and Herminise (Cousineau) Nadeau. She was a member of Holy Family Church and the Catholic Women's League for over 60 years. Beloved wife of the late Charles Deighton (1957). Loving mother and mother-in-law of Darlene and Ron Hetherington and Jane Ann Deighton. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Delynee (Tom) Marlatt, Susan (Martyn) Williams, Brian (Sonia) Deighton, Jill (Brian Gagne) Hetherington and Chris Hetherington. Dear great grandmother of Brandon, Daryn, Matthew, Rhys, Bryn, Kent, Roan, Nikhil, Gavin and Jarid. Special aunt of Bonnie Barnes and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son, Don Deighton (2005), a daughter, Loretta Deighton (1939), two sisters; Rose Lozon, Yvette Ford and a brother Armond Nadeau. Friends will be received at the ERIC F. NICHOLLS FUNERAL HOME LTD., 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Friday, November 23rd, 2007 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Prayers will be offered at the funeral home Friday at 7 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, November 24th, 2007, at 11:00 a.m., from Holy Family Church, Wallaceburg. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Salvation Army may be left at the funeral home.
