NORTH GROSVENORDALE --Marie Rose Elizabeth (Pelletier) Lafleur, 93 formerly of North Grosvenordale died Sunday October 9, 2005 at Matulaitis Nursing Home in Putnam. Born in North Grosvenordale to the late Joseph Pelletier and Rosanna Houle she was a life long resident of the area. Marie was employed at the Cluett and Peabody Textile Company prior to starting a family. She was a life long communicant of St. Joseph's Church and the Ladies of St. Anne Sodality. Marie leaves her husband of 72 years, Alvarez Lafleur, a son Edward Lafleur and his wife Susan of North Grosvenordale, a daughter Suzanne Gatineau and her husband Robert of Woodstock, a sister Doris Gravel of Dayville, four grandchildren, Laurie Concepcion, Ethan, Ariel and Eddie Lafleur and two great grandchildren, Julian and Adelis Concepcion. The funeral will be held on Thursday from the Valade Funeral Home at 10 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph's Church at 11 am. Burial will take place in the Parish Cemetery.
