MERIDEN - Marie Paule Levesque, 86, wife of the late Albert M. Levesque, died Sunday, Nov. 23, 2008, at MidState Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Born in Carleton, Quebec, Canada on Sept. 1, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Ida Cyr Riviere. She had resided in Meriden for the last eight years. She is survived by two daughters, Micheline Rupp of Orlando, Fla., and France Levesque of Vancouver, Canada; four sons, Albert Y. Levesque of Oregon, Jean Marc Levesque of Halifax, NS, Canada, Jocelyn Levesque of Georgia and Gaston Levesque of Middletown; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Marie Ange Riviere of Montreal, Laurette Riviere Boudreau of Montreal, Jeanne Riviere Audet of Maria, Quebec, Canada; and many nieces and nephews. The funeral and burial will be private. There are no calling hours.
