He is survived by his loving wife, Sandi Walts-Carter; mother, Helen Carter; Children: Jennifer (Billy Jack) Howe, Samantha, Nicole and Michael Carter; Stepchildren: Derek (Jessica) Sanchez, Amy Harris, Kim Blimka and Chris (Tanya) Blimka; Grandchildren: Krystal and Warren Howe, Emma Davis and Preston Sanchez; and his beloved dog Snoop and many, many friends.
