Nadeau, Gerrard, 66, of Ft. Lauderdale passed away on July 28, 2003 at Imperial Point Hospital. Jerry has been a resident of Oakland Park for over forty years, relocating here in the early 1960's from his native Rhode Island. Mr. Nadeau served in the United States Navy for four years before embarking on a career in the banking industry that spanned twenty-five years. He then served the city of Lauderhill as the Controller/General Accountant for the police department before retiring in 1999. He is survived by two daughters, Barbara (Robin) Lewis of Pompano Beach and Patricia (David) Fawley of Naples, FL, two sisters, Jeannette Almeida of Attleboro, MA, and Rose Taylor of Richmond VA, two brothers Maurice Nadeau of Portsmouth, RI, and Leo Nadeau of Cumberland, RI, and two grandsons, Tyler Lewis and David Fawley, Jr. Family will receive friends 6-8 PM at the Funeral Home Friday (today).
