Family-Placed Funeral Notice MARTIN FREEMAN Of Boynton Beach, Florida, passed away on Saturday, August 5, after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease. He was 74 years old. His parents, both deceased, were Paul and Edith Freeman of New York and Hallandale, Florida. Marty was born in New York City and graduated from the Bronx High School of Science and the City College of New York. He also attended Brooklyn Law School, before beginning a career as a manufacturer's representative in the women's apparel business. During his accomplished career, he served as President of the Pittsburgh Fashion Mart, and held many leadership positions in the NAWCAS organization. He maintained a showroom in New York throughout the 1970s and 1980s, before retiring to Florida in 1996. He also served often as an expert witness in his field. Marty is survived by his wife of 40 years, Gail, children Jackie, Brett, Shelley, Jared and Jason, his grandchildren Kyle and Mackenzie, and his brother Alan. He is also survived by his daughters-in-law Fern, Joni, Ivy and Nicole. Funeral Services will be at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 11115 Jog Rd., Boynton Beach, FL 33437 at 1:45PM on Tuesday, August 8.
