FREEMAN, Douglas Henry 64 years, passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, February 27, 2010. Late of Cottam. Dear and devoted husband of Jane (nee White) for 37 years. Loving and proud father of Melanie Freeman. Dear brother of Theresa Freeman and sister-in-law Sandra Freeman. Predeceased by his brothers John Freeman and late wife Sharon, and Brian Freeman. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Doug will be missed by his many colleagues and friends whose lives he touched. A Celebration of Doug's Life will be held at the Reid Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 87 Maidstone Avenue East, Essex (519-776-4233) on Wednesday, March 3, 2010, between 7 and 8 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
