JOHNSON Mrs. Donna Johnson Queen Street, Delhi passed away suddenly at her residence on Friday, March 21, 2008 in her 79th year. An avid Bridge Player, Donna was a Past President and former Treasurer of the Old Windham U.C.W.; a member of the F.W.T.A.O. and a past member of the Rebekah Lodge. The former Donna Blanche Freeman, beloved wife, for forty seven years, of the late Earl (Steppy) Johnson (1997). Loving mother of Sybil Sharpe and her husband Ed, Tillsonburg; Shelley Thorsen and her husband Lee, Brantford & Stacia Hanson and her husband Paul, Tillsonburg. Cherished grandmother of Erik, Meredy, Bethany, Cole, Kiera, Mary Alice, Wil and Victoria. Also survived by her sisters Betty Barron, Simcoe and Joyce Martin, Windham Centre and by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by an infant son (1957). Friends may call at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Delhi for visitation on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Old Windham United Church, Simcoe on Thursday, March 27th, 2008 at 11:00 am. with Rev. Judy Barker officiating. Interment in Delhi Cemetery.
