->FREEMAN, Carmen V. (Gonzalez)Elmira: Was born February 1, 1958 in Chicago IL, wife of the late Roger H. Freeman, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 9, 2012 at her home surrounded by her loving family and friends. Carmen's contagious humor, spirit of kindness and charity will be carried on by her beloved daughter, Tasia Elise Harris. She is also survived by Gloria Mercado, sister Juanita Pagan of Chicago, Il; numerous cherished family members, as well as those she touched and inspired with her unwavering generosity and enthusiasm for life. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the nurses and staff of unit 2-B at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center for their compassionate and delicate care. They would also like to thank dear family friend, Amity Humm of Sommerset, KY for her extraordinary love, care and support. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at 3:00 PM celebrating Carmen's life on Saturday, December 15, 2013 at the Cornerstone 7th Day Adventist Church 410 Corner of Route # 13 and Terry Hill Road (Dan Road) Horseheads, NY 14845. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. Carmen's guestbook may be signed in obituaries at www.olthof.com
