MARTINEZ, Ga. - Ms. Betty Ann Cole Smith, 79, of Martinez, GA, formerly of Carrollton passed away Saturday, June 30, 2012 at University Hospital in Augusta, GA. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Anthony Van and Dr. Roxanne Scannon - Smith of Martinez, GA. Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 3 at 11 A.M. at Pleasant View Baptist Church with Rev. Myles Brown and Rev. Tommy Frost officiating.
