<!-- DisplayFullObituaryText -->Dec. 19, 1946 - July 10, 2014 Barbara White, age 67 of Hollins, AL formerly of Bessemer, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 10, 2014. Mrs. White attended Calvary Baptist Church of Childersburg; retired from Alabama Power with 24 years of service and was the secretary of Hollins Water Authority. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. White; parents, Robert H. and Jimmie Mae Cliett; sister, Mary Lindsey. Barbara is survived by her two sons, William (Rebecca) White and John (Cindy) White; four grandchildren, Cooper, Saylor, Olivia and Bradyn White; brother, William H. Cliett; also a host of extended loving family and friends. Funeral service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church 904 3rd St NW Childersburg, AL 35044 on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with burial in Valhalla Cemetery 839 Wilks Road Birmingham, AL 35228. Pastor Paul Hickman, Jr. will officiate the services. The family will receive friends at the church from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 18, 2014 at Calvary Baptist Church in Childersburg.
