DENIS, Thérèse (née Cté) - The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Tuesday, May 13th, 2008 at the age of 79 years. Daughter of the late Ethienne and of the late Cécilia (née Roy) Cté. Wife of the late Alexis Denis, predeceased in 1986. Loving mother of Marcel Denis (Sandra) of Niagara Falls, Jacques Denis (Sylvia) of Capreol, Carmen Hearty (Lenard), Jeannine Denis and Maurice Denis (Claudette) all of Hanmer. Dear sister of Laurette Lafleur (late Émile) of Val Caron, Roland Cté (Pauline) of Ottawa and Berthe Therrien (late Ray) of Sudbury. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Irène (late Barnes) of Ottawa, Antoinette Belanger (late Benoit), Aline Normandeau (Rodolphe of Sudbury), Aimé, Hervé and Jeanne Lavallée. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren David (Sonya), Steve (Natasha), Patricia, Jason, Ryan, Justin (Heather), Mathieu, André, Kayla and Crystal and by her 10 great- grandchildren. The focus of Thérèse's life was her loving family who will miss her dearly. She was a member of the “Club d'âge d'or“, Hanmer and “La Vie Montante“ of Hanmer. The family will receive relatives and friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Thursday evening from 7 - 9:30 p.m. and Friday afternoon after 1:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held Friday, May 16th, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. 11088458
