Linda Thomas, age 53, of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2009, She was born in Charleston, W.Va., to Richard and Marion (Wills) Thomas. She was a caregiver and enjoyed working with children and the elderly. She was a very giving person and lived her life for her daughter. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Thomas. She is survived by her mother, Marion Thomas; daughter, Lyndsi Thomas; two brothers, Mike and Dan (Jennifer) Thomas; and her "Special Baby," Olivia Lincoln; nephews, Alex and Evan Thomas; niece, Sara Thomas; and dearest friends, Dee and Ralph Adams, and P.J. Holloway. A memorial service will be held at McLaughlin Mortuary, 17 Chestnut Ave. S.E., Fort Walton Beach, on Saturday, July 11, at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Brian Brown officiating.
