->NARRAGANSETT, R.I. -- H. Linda ( Seavey) Thomas, 62, of Oceanside Place, Narragansett, died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2006, at home.She was born in Yarmouth, Maine, a daughter of Phyllis (Crowell) Seavey of Winslow, Maine, and the late Harold L. Seavey. She had resided in Narragansett for the past 11 years, previously residing in Cranston. Linda was employed at South County Hospital Food Services Department, Wakefield, and had previously been employed at Peerless Cleansers, Providence. Linda was carefree and lived life to the fullest. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends. All the prayers, flowers, cards and gifts during her illness were greatly appreciated.Besides her mother, she is survived by her daughters, Lisa A. Tebbenhoff and her husband, Hans, of Portland, Maine, Susan E. Thomas and her fiancŽ, Charles Bowse, of Wakefield, and Donna E. Harmon and her husband, Paul, of North Kingstown. She was the niece of Evelyn Kershaw. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Caroline L. Chittum and Andrew T. Harmon; her siblings, Connie Moore and her husband, Jim, of Waterville, Maine, Douglas Seavey and his wife, Marsha, of Norwood, Mass., Timothy Seavey and his wife, Bonnie, of Bowdoin, Maine, and Michael Seavey and his wife, Janelle, of Oakland, Maine. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and caring friends. She was the granddaughter of the late Anna (Rawlinson) Williamson and Charlotte "Lottie" (Murray) Pelletier. Linda was the companion of the late Arra J. Kechijian.Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Thomas More Church, 53 Rockland St., Narragansett. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, in Pine Grove Cemetery, Waterville, Maine.In lieu of flowers, contributions in Linda's memory to Home and Hospice Care of RI South County Office, 143 Main St., Wakefield, RI 02879, would be appreciated.Arrangements by Nardolillo Funeral Home South County Chapel, Narragansett.The family wishes to thank the Oncology Department at Rhode Island Hospital, especially Dr. Safran and Christine Maia-Acuna along with Home and Hospice Care of Rhode Island and the nurses and certified nursing assisants for their loving care of Linda and her family.
