Edith-Mozelle-Morgan Smith, née en 1922, conjointe de Donald-D. Smith, fille de Charles, mère de Patricia, Ronald et Oklahoma, est décédée le 18 septembre 2003 à l'âge de 81 ans.
-> Edith Mozelle Morgan Smith, 81,of Savannah died Thursday, September 18, 2003 at her residence, under the care of Hospice Savannah. She was born in Waycross, GA. Preceded in death by her husband, Donald D. Smith. She had formerly worked as a Secretary, with the Atlantic Coastline Railroad, for her father, Charles Morgan. She was a member of Bull Street Baptist Church, the TEL Sunday School Class, the Landings Bible Study Group (which she often hosted in her home), and the WMU. She truly loved God and after her illness even though it was difficult for her to read, she so enjoyed reading and studying the Scriptures and the Bible Studies we had. She loved her family and she will be terribly missed, but we know that she is at peace now in Gods tender care. Survivors: daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Ronald Chambers of Del City, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Cindy Fowler and Donna Chambers and three great-grandchildren, Michael Woolverton, Joshua Richardson and Jennifer Cote. Visitation: 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Monday at the Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home - Hodgson Memorial Chapel. Funeral Services: 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in the Chapel of the Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home - Hodgson Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Earnest Pirkle officiating. Burial: Greenwich Section of Bonaventure Cemetery.
