COOPER Thomas Francis Cooper, 39, the much loved child of Mr. and Mrs. William F. Cooper, the originators and founders of Cooper-Holt Manor (Pablo Hamlet) died in Kingsland, Georgia on Monday, August 19, 2002. Mr. Cooper was the Manager of the elderly/handicapped Cooper-Holt Manor facility in the area of maintenance and security for twenty three years, past treasurer of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #17, Ponte Vedra, Florida, a member of the Waycross, Georgia, Big Stump Hunt Club, and an original member of the " Fat Boys Fishing Club" out of Jacksonville Beach, Florida. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 31, 2002 in the chapel of HARDAGE- GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, with graveside services following at H. Warren Smith Cemetery. Tom is survived by his daughters, Lacey Anne Cooper and Chloe Cooper; his Maternal Grandmother, Mrs. Lola E. Musgrave, his Mother, Mrs. Arlene M. Cooper, and his brother; Mr. William M. Cooper; his nieces and nephews, Mrs. Michelle Starr Cooper Rowe, Mr. William L. Cooper, Ms. Sunny Nicole Cooper and Toms Great Niece, Alexis Starr Rowe. There will be a " Remembrance of Tom" at the home of Chief and Mrs. Paul Brown, 1328 14th Ave. N, Jacksonville Beach directly after the service. Please dress casual and bring stories and pictures!
