William Morrison Bryant, 79, of 106 Pleasant View Drive, Clemson, died Dec. 17, 2003, at Lila Doyle Nursing Home.Born in Branchville, he was the son of the late John H. and Margaret S. Bryant. He worked with the U.S. Postal Service and was a member of Clemson United Methodist Church. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and volunteered with Clemson Community Care.Survivors: Wife, Nancy B. Bryant, of the home; daughters, Nancy B. Davis, and husband, Terry, of Clemson, and Margaret B. Bost, and husband, Daniel, of Seneca; sisters, Sarah W. Milford and Mildred C. Highsmith, both of Abbeville; two grandchildren; and seven nieces and nephews.A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19, 2003, at Clemson United Methodist Church.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clemson Community Care, 201 Church St., Central, SC 29630.The family has chosen Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central/Clemson Commons, for the arrangements.
