Son of the late Fred and Elspeth Armstrong of North Gower. Beloved husband of Eva Francoeur (Sparrow). Father of Cindy (Andy Joanisse) of Ottawa, step-father of Adriennne Ford (Andy Magnam) of Nepean, Lisa Barr (Wayne) of Stittsville. Dearest grandfather of Michelle and Kayla Joanisse, Curtis and Emma Barr. Loved brother of Lillie Gough (Ken) of Ottawa, Emily Acton (Ken) of Kemptville, Freda Thompson (John) of Osgoode. He will be missed by first wife Olive Armstrong and son Alex. Fond uncle of Stephen, Darlene and Richard Gough, Ruth and Jeff Acton, Jenn and Mark Thompson.
