OWENS-Wayne, President of the Center for Middle East Peace & Economic Cooperation. We regretfully announce the passing of former Congressman and peacemaker Wayne Owens. Owens cofounded the Center for Middle East Peace & Economic Cooperation in order to bring Arab and Israeli leaders together for peace. He is survived by his wife, Marlene, five children and fourteen grandchildren. Funeral arrangements have tentatively been made for noon on Monday in Salt Lake City, UT.
