OSBORNE, VIRGINIA MAE, 73, of Louisville, passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2007 at her home. She was a homemaker and a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by her sister, Edna Slate; step-children, Ronald and Donald Osborne, Bruce and Mary French, and Karen Farris; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; special friends who took care of her, Bob & Peggy Barrett and Antigone Werle; and many friends in the Cardinal Corner. Her funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons-Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road, with burial in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Sunday.
