ANDERSON _ Violet C. (nee Vine), a longtime Matsqui resident passed away quietly at the Menno Hospital on June 27, 2002 in her 83rd year. She is predeceased by her husband Erling; sisters, Phyllis, Dorothy, Irene, Nora, Josephine and brother Jack. Vi is survived by her sister Francis; brother David (Marnie) and five children, David (Maureen), Raymond (Judy), Gordon (Cherie), Glen (Evelyn), Sally (Sirous) Saffari and seventeen grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday July 6, 2002 at 11:00 am from the Church of the Nazarene, 2390 McMillan Road, Abbotsford. A luncheon will follow the service at the church. Interment will be held at Hazelwood Cemetery, Hazelwood Ave off Hwy 11, Abbotsford on July 6th at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BC Arthritis Society, 200-1645 West 7th Avenue, Vancouver, V6J 1S4 or a charity of your choice.
