CARTER Sallie Riggins Carter died December 10, 2006. She will be loved and forever remembered by 4 Loving Children; Felton Carter (Gladys), Doris Nelson, Willie F. Carter (Annie Mae), Ethel Tutson (Willie), 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grands and 3 great great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
