Ruth Wilson Bryan, 92, of Simpsonville died Friday, July 12, 2013 in Louisville. She was a member of Simpsonville Christian Church where she taught Sunday School for 25 years. She and her late husband, R. G. Bryan ran the family farm in Simpsonville. Besides her husband R.G. she was also preceded in death by her brother, Tommy Wilson and sister, Emma T. Hanna. She is survived by her son, Jacob T. Bryan (Denise), Simpsonville; granddaughter, Brandie Bryan; great grandson, Trey Yates and great granddaughter, Brianna Ruth Yates, all of Floyd Knobs, IN; step grandchildren, Amy McLeod (James), Pearl, MS; Scott Willard, Louisville and step great granddaughter, Claire Elaine McLeod, Pearl, MS. Private graveside services were held at the Grove Hill Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Simpsonville Christian Church. Shannon Funeral Home handled the service.
