RUTH SMITH PALM BAY Ruth Franklin Smith, 89, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and a kind and generous friend to many, died peacefully on Sunday, September 10, 2006, with a lov ing granddaughter at each hand. With her husband, Gordon, she moved to Florida 30 years ago and didnt miss the snow of her Canadian youth.
