WILLIAMS, Robert W., 63, of Decatur, Ind., and Sun City Center, Fla., passed away Monday, October 9, 2006, at his residence. He married J. Connie Ann (Johnson) May 4, 1962, and was an insurance agent for State Farm Insurance for many years. He is survived by his wife, Connie A. Williams, Decatur; three sons; three sisters; nine grandchildren; one great-grandson; and one granddog, Slater. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Friday, October 13, 2006, at Haggard & Sefton Funeral Home, Decatur. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 14, 2006, at the funeral home.
