Robert S. Parker, 74, Sarasota, died April 24, 2005. He was born May 19, 1930, in Waltham, Mass., and came to Sarasota 20 years ago from Cape Cod, Mass. He earned a bachelor's of science degree from Muhlenburg College. He retired after 26 years as an Air Force major. He attended First Baptist Church in Sarasota. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Beverly; daughters Judy of Cape Cod, Susan Ronan of Newport News, Va., and Linda Adam of Williamsburg, Va.; a son Robert A. of Hooksett, N.H.; and 10 grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Calvary Chapel of Sarasota, 3800 27th Parkway. Inurnment will be at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, Mass.
