Robert Ernest David Anderson August 23, 1954 - January 8, 2014 On the morning of January 8th, Bob passed away at Surrey Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Born in Red Deer, Bob and his family moved to BC when he was still young. Bob worked on tugboats and ferries for over 30 years, working mainly between Vancouver Island and the Mainland as well as in the Northwest Territories in his youth. Bob loved to travel, having visited countless locations throughout South East Asia and North America. He is survived by his wife, Alice; children Andrew and Stephanie; brothers George and Don; sisters Darlene, Teresa and Mary as well as many nieces, nephews and close friends. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 14th at 2:00 pm, at Avalon Funeral Home 13288 108th Ave, Surrey.
