Johnson, Rita, 85, of Sunrise passed away November 8, 2004. Rita, formerly of Margate and Chicago, was preceded in death by her husband, Stuart L. Johnson. She is survived by her sons, Dr. David Johnson and his wife Florence of Cape Girardeau, MO; Thomas Johnson and his wife Sally of Vero Beach; daughter Caryl Hanlon and her husband Kevin of Sunrise; grandchildren, Dr. Colleen Johnson, Sean Hanlon, Philip and Lori Johnson, Alissa and Derek Wagner, Joseph Johnson, Stephanie Johnson and Christopher Johnson; and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be on Thursday, November 11, 2004 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8. Mass of Christian Burial will be at All Saints Catholic Church, Sunrise, on Friday, November 12, 2004 at 11 am.
