MATTHEWS, RICHARD GEORGE Passed away at his residence on Friday November 23, 2007 in his 69th year. Beloved husband of Ingrid Matthews (nee Paddags). Dear father of Colin Matthews, David Matthews, and Hilary Murch and her husband Tom. He will be sadly missed by Ingrid's children Deborah Dowson and her husband Jim, John Dufour and his wife Carmen, Michelle Dufour and her partner Ron Carstens, and Marc Dufour and his wife Lisa. Loving grandfather of Ashlea, Chelsea, Aleshia, Matthew, Joanie and her husband Jason, David, Samantha, Alex, Danielle and Will. Great grandfather of Victoria. Predeceased by his brothers Laurie and Barry Matthews. Fondly remembered by sisters-in-law Molly and Ronwyn Matthews. Friends will be received at the Penetanguishene Funeral Home, 155 Main Street, Penetanguishene on Saturday December 1st from 12 p.m. until time of service in the chapel at 1 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
