CLARK, RHEA JEAN, 62, of Louisville, died Friday, July 16, 2004, at Caritas Medical Center. She was a native of Chester, SC, a phlebotomist and a member of First Gethsemane Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Frank R. Clark; daughter, Marhea Williams; sons, George, Noland, Mark and Evans Williams; and eight grandchildren. Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at First Gethsemane Baptist Church, 1159 Algonquin Parkway, with burial in Green Meadows Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will begin after 9 a.m. Thursday at the church. Perryman's Mortuary, 34th and Broadway, in charge of arrangements.
