MANCHESTER - Rachel (Demers) (Houle) St. Cyr, 88, of Manchester, died April 27, 2013, at Community Hospice House in Merrimack after a brief illness. She was born in Manchester on Jan. 1, 1925, to Ernest and Cora (Desfosses) Demers. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester. Rachel worked at Catholic Medical Center and Prevue Products for many years. She was predeceased by her first husband, Omer Houle in 1969 and by her second husband, Francis St. Cyr in 1987. She enjoyed playing bingo and cards. The family includes two step children, Linda Lariviere and her husband, Normand, of Weare and Edward St. Cyr of Manchester; four step grandchildren; a sister, Jeannette L'Heureux and her husband, Albert, of Haines City, Fla.; and nieces and nephews. . SERVICES: A calling hour is Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North Street, Manchester. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave., Manchester.
