SMITH, Phillip O. "Tall Head" 48, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday, Dec. 17, 2009 at Hospice House Woodside. A native of St. Petersburg, he was a member of St. John MBC. He is survived by his wife Cheryl; 5 daughters, Quanita Smith, Gaysher, Lakeba, Brittany & Shelva; 4 sons, Clarence Jr., Lamond, Maretigo & Khiry; 5 brothers, James Durr, Rufus Smith, Clifford Smith, Bernard Smith and James Jones; 3 sisters, Delois Cook, Carolyn Jones & Beverly Sherman; 9 grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Visitation Thursday, Dec. 24, 4-8pm, family will receive friends 7-8pm and Funeral service 11am Saturday, Dec. 26, both at St. John MBC. "A McRae Service"
