BELL, W. - Passed away on Saturday, April, 20, 2002, at Scarborough General Hospital in his 84th year. Dearly beloved husband of Joyce. Devoted father of Bryan and his wife Betty. Brother of Arthur Bell and the late Edith McArthur and several cousins. Cherished grandfather of Holly-Ann, Paula, Wally and Paul.
