Paul Joseph Davis, 66, of Concord, formerly of Cohasset, Mass., died Friday, May 13, 2011 at Concord Hospital from complications of Diabetes. Mr. Davis was the son of the late Edward W. Davis Jr. and Mary (Cronin) Davis of Cohasset. He was also the brother of Thomas Davis of Arnold, MD, Catherine Davis and Donald Davis of Cohasset and Mark Davis of Quincy, Mass. He was preceded in death by his brothers Edward W. Davis III and Daniel Davis and sister, Mary Ann (Davis) Kelley. He was the loving uncle to Craig and Stephen Davis and Molly Davis Trisler of Cohasset and Gregory, Katie and Christopher Davis of Arnold, Md. He leaves behind several aunts, uncle, cousins and friends. Paul resided and worked as a painting contractor in Concord for over 20 years. He was a 1963 graduate of Cohasset High School and served in the U.S. Air Force as a sergeant from 1963-1967 during the Vietnam War. He was an accomplished musician and golfer who won the Cohasset Golf Club Member/Guest tournament in the 1970's with his friend David Hassan. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, May 21, at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony's Church, 128 South Main St., Cohasset. There are no visiting hours. A reception will follow at St. Anthony's Parish Hall. Internment is private.
