->O'Shea, Patrick NoelPatrick Noel O'Shea, 72, of Wesley Chapel, NC passed away on Jan. 22, 2013 at Carolina's Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. He was born on Dec. 20, 1940 in County Cork, Ireland to the late Maurice and Helen O'Shea. Patrick was a man who had a few simple rules to live life by including his favorite that his family will cherish forever "Don't give up-ever".In addition to a 32 year career with Xerox, Patrick was a loving and devoted husband to Kitty, the best Dad and a loving and spoiling Pampa he somehow managed to find time to accomplish many other things including his love of music. Patrick was an accomplished singer and musician, beginning his musical career as a young boy sitting on his grandfather's knee back in County Kerry, Ireland. He was also a member of the Hi-Spots Show Band in NYC for over 20 years.Patrick was also a lover of all sports including golf and being an avid marathoner. Pat also qualified and participated in several marathons including the Boston Marathon and the Philadelphia Marathon.Survivors include his wife, Kitty O'Shea of Wesley Chapel; children, Sean O'Shea (Petrina) of Wesley Chapel, Aileen O'Shea Cinque (Michael) of Minneapolis, MN, Maura O'Shea MacKinnon (Bill) of Wesley Chapel. Grandchildren include Shea, Mairead, Caleigh, Kiernan, Bronagh, Aoibhinn, Liam, Finn, Patrick and Blayne.A Service of Remembrance will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30 at St. Matthew Roman Catholic Church, 8015 Ballantyne Commons Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28277. In addition, the family have also planned a celebratory mass service to be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2013 in St. Margaret of Antioch Catholic Church, 115 West Central Ave., Pearl River, NY 10965.
