June 17, 1967 to Feb. 5, 2010Patricia K. Smith passed away unexpectedly Feb. 5, 2010, in St. Augustine at the age of 42. Patricia had worked for more than 10 years in the mortgage banking industry and most recently enjoyed being a homemaker on Anastasia Island. She made everyone around her feel important and special. Patricia never met a stranger who did not walk away a friend. She had a contagious sense of humor and a wonderful, friendly smile. Her laughter would always warm the hearts of those around her. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. Survivors are her devoted husband J. Gregory Smith; children, Christy Cataldo and Todd Steele; grandson Nicholas; and many other friends and family.The funeral service will be at Craig Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, with burial to follow at Craig Memorial Park.Craig Funeral Home-Crematory-Memorial Park is in charge of arrangements.
