SPIOTTI, Patricia (nee Garvey) [Gorchynski] - Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family on February 15, 2008. Predeceased by her husband Frank. Loving mother to Christopher (deceased) and daughter Deborah and her husband Michael. Loving Nanny to Ariel. Step mother to Frankie Jr. (deceased) and his wife Margaret, and their children Gina (Bruce) Cote, Michael and his wife Charlene, and Michelle Spiotti. The family wishes to thank Aunt June, Aunt Lois, Aurora and Antonio Bortolin, Dr. Martin and all of the Staff at Lincoln Kingsway Medical, the pharmacy staff at Shoppers Drug Mart, CCAC, Rose and the Red Cross team, the nurses on the C ward of the West Lincoln Hospital and the Notre Dame Community and the NCDSB for all of their support. Patricia is at the MORSE & SON CHAPEL of the MORGAN FUNERAL HOMES, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls where her family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 19th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A service to celebrate her life will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 20th at 10:00 o'clock.
