McLAUGHLIN, Patricia (nee Fitzgerald). Following a brief illness at the Lakeshore General Hospital on Tuesday, November 25, 2008. Beloved wife of the late William (Bill) McLaughlin. Predeceased by her daughters Susan McLaughlin (1974) and Martha Howling (1994), and her granddaughter Allyson Whitmore (1984). Survived by daughter Catherine (James) of Houston, Texas and special daughter-in-law Irene (Hubert) and special son-in-law Ken (Leslie), and by son Desmond (Cynthia) of Conneticut. Cherished grandmother of Chris, Devin, Drew, Jackie, Alex and special Grammy to Lauren. Dear sister of Mary Yunker, Gertrude Fitzgerald, and Edmund Fitzgerald (Flo). Patricia will be greatly missed by many other relatives and friends. Patricia dedicated many years of voluntary service to St. Mary's Hospital as Secretary Treasurer of the Womans Auxiliary and was an active member in the St. Patrick's Society. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Juvenile Diabetes Society or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. Resting at: Funeral service to be held in St. Monica's Parish Church, 6405 Terrebonne, Montreal on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at 10 a.m. Interment Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery.
