Patricia A. Smyth formerly of Tewksbury; 53 TAMPA, FL Patricia A. Smyth, 53, formerly of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, passed away January 30, 2009. She was a CNA in Fort Myers from 1992 to 1996 for Able Care. Patti enjoyed reading, crocheting, crafts, scrabble, and her daily crossword puzzle. Survivors include her devoted son, Johnny Stanichuk of NH; and daughter, Michelle Shultis of FL; cherished grandchildren, Joseph, Alea and Emma; loving sister, Pamela Hall of MA; nephews, Robert Smyth of ME, and Jason O'Rourke of MA. Patti is also survived by her "babies" two dogs, Christie and Milly and her crazy cat, Sugs. Patti will be dearly missed. Arrangements by Gonzalez Funeral Home, Tampa, Florida.
