Obituary of Patricia-A. Clark


Clark, Patricia A. ALBANY Patricia A. Clark, 79, of Albany, died Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at the Daughters of Sarah Nursing Home. Mrs. Clark was born in Jamestown, N.Y., the daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth Cronin Johnson. She lived in Jamestown and Pittsford, N.Y. before moving to Albany in 1995. She was a graduate of Jamestown High School, and for many years was an avid bridge player. Mrs. Clark was predeceased by her husband, Hugh D. Clark, her brother, Neil Johnson and her great-nephew, Zachary Childers. She is survived by her daughter, Anne C. Bussey (Brian) of Albany; her grandchildren, Lauren, Kaitlyn, Allyson and Brian Bussey; her great-grandson, Riley Odom; her sister-in-law, Geri Johnson of Plano, Texas; her nieces, Sandra Childers (Troy) of Sunnyvale, Texas and Sherri Bloom (Todd) of Plano, Texas; her great-nephews, David and John Bloom; and her great-niece, Tori Childers. Funeral services will be held in the Hans Funeral Home, 1088 Western Ave., Albany, Friday morning at 8:15, and from there to Holy Cross Church, Western Ave. and Rosemont St., Albany at 9:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited, and may call at the funeral home Thursday from 5-7 p.m. Interment will be in Lake View Cemetery, Jamestown, N.Y. at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of NENY, 85 Watervliet Ave., Albany, NY 12206.
