BEVERLY Norma Jean Whitaker “Todie” Beverly, 59, passed away Friday, February 24, 2006. Todie was a lifelong resident of the Dinsmore area of Jacksonville and had retired from St. Luke's Hospital. She was also a member of Kings Road Baptist Church, where funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, (TODAY) February 28, with Pastor Lee Whitaker and Rev. Roger Attaway, officiating. Entombment will be in Edgewood Cemetery. Todie was predeceased by 2 sisters, Sassy & Laverne and is survived by 1 daughter, Coochie (Mike) Culpepper; 2 sons: Red (Sandy) Whittemore & Buck (Jennifer) Beverly; 2 sisters: Sharon (Andy) Anderson & Ludy Whitaker; 1 brother, Billy (Sandra) Whitaker; 8 grandchildren: Rooster, Tabatha, Howie, Matt, Chris, Tyler, Buff & Colby; 1 great-grandson, Ace; and several nieces & nephews.
