DEMERCHANT, NORMA JEAN (WATSON) - Norma Jean (Watson) Demerchant, 74, Hillandale, NB, passed away at the Hotel Dieu Hospital Perth Andover, NB on Friday, February 9, 2007. Norma was born on May 7, 1932, daughter of the late Glen and Aida (Lloyd) Watson. Norma is survived by her sons, Ronald (Heather), Hillandale, NB, David, Moncton, NB, Allison (Geraldine), Kilburn, NB, Paul (Tara), Calgary, Alberta, Larry (Carla), Fort Fairfield, Maine; 11 grandchildren; five step grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sisters, Glenna McAllister, Grafton, NB, Annie McHatten, Rosedale, NB; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Norma was predeceased by husband, Gordon; brothers, Lloyd, Wiley; and a sister in law, Cathy. Visitation was held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Sunday, February 11, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 12, 2007 at 2 PM from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harry Lewis officiating. Interment will be held in the Kilburn Cemetery.
