Nina Bruce Lewis Nina Bruce Lewis, 92, died Sunday, April 6, 2008, in Quincy. A private service will be held at a future date. Bevis Funeral Home in Tallahassee (850-385-2193 or www.bevisfh.com ) is handling arrangements.Mrs. Lewis was a native of Canada and was raised in Chicago. She spent many years in Sarasota before moving to this area four years ago. She was also a graduate of Northwestern University. Survivors include three sons, Wesley Lewis of Havana, Fla. Al Lewis of Valrico, Fla., and Hiram Lewis of Boone, N.C.; a daughter, Susan Mitchell of Purham, Minn.; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Hiram Lewis, and a son, John Lewis.
