MORIN, Nelson Johnny - 1942-2008 - The family announces with sorrow his death at the Timmins & District Hospital on Monday, September 29, 2008 at the age of 66 years. Beloved husband of Sandra. Dearest father of Mona Billard (Jim), Monique Barnes (Albert) and stepfather of Sheryl Banks (Allan), Wendy Duggan (Sean) and Terry Silverthorn (Christie- Anne). Grandfather of several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Brother of Joe Morin (Jeanine). Predeceased by his first wife Denise (nee Leroux), his parents Johnny & Cecile Morin and his grandmother Rose Morin. Nelson was retired from Babcock & Wilcox in Cambridge where he worked for 39 years. He liked fishing, playing broomball and really enjoyed a good game of pool. He was a happy go lucky person who loved life, his family and will be truly missed. Cremation has taken place. Memorial mass will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. from Notre- Dame du St. Rosaire Church. Remembrance donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the MIRON- WILSON FUNERAL HOME, 150 Balsam St. S. Timmins, Ontario (705) 264-4444.
