Her career with the airlines brought her to Birmingham where she met and married "Buzz" (Clarence W. Barton). The musical gifting's the Lord gave her were obvious to all. She served as pianist for numerous churches in the Birmingham area. Nancy was preceded in death by husband Clarence she is survived by daughter Jane, and niece Alice York. Visitation is Wednesday, July 2nd at Ridout's Valley Chapel from 5:00 pm until 8:30 p.m. Funeral is Thursday, July 3rd at Lakeside Baptist Church at 11:00 am with burial following at Elmwood Cemetery In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Big Oak Ranch or Alabama Baptist Children's Home.
